New Membership System – Update

Over the last few months we have been exploring various membership systems, including expanding on what we already have, and the list was eventually reduced until we had a shortlist of 2.

This shortlist was reviewed by the NFAS Committee and a decision on a new membership system has been made. The decision was taken on various factors, including, cost to the society, impact to the membership, we did not want to change too much too quickly, and ease of implementation.

We will, therefore, be moving to a platform called Membermojo and it is planned that this will be in place starting for the 2027/2028 membership year.

We believe that there are some clubs already using this platform so some members may already be aware of it.

Over the next few months, we will be building and testing the platform and will provide more updates as we progress. We will also be providing details on what changes may occur moving forward as well as an FAQ and “How to” information.
Initially we will distribute these via the NFAS website, NFAS magazine and Facebook, where practical, but this will also include direct emails once we have that facility configured so, please make sure your email address is up to date and inform the Membership Secretary if it needs to change on our records.

We believe that once in place members will be able to see a real benefit from the improvements this will bring.
