The Wessex Week 2024

Yes, I know, I said I would only do it once, but unfortunately we have had to resort to Plan B this year.
For those who are not familiar with the South West Challenge, it provided a wonderful week of Field Archery in late July / early August in the lovely sunny (no guarantees!) Southwest. It began as the Devon Challenge but expanded over the years to cover Devon, Cornwall, Dorset & Somerset.
After 25 years it ended with much appreciation and congratulation going to those people and Clubs who made it work.
That left me with a problem – What am I going to do during that week? Being greedy I wanted to continue after my 16 years of consecutive attendance at this great event – 8 days of Field Archery at four NFAS Clubs in a 9 day period – yep, you get a whole day off! And so The Wessex Week was born, but I’m definitely NOT looking to match the amazing record that the Challenge set!
So tempt yourself, book a week off (well 10/11 days!), come and join us from 27 Jul to 4 Aug on four challenging NFAS courses that you may not often get the chance to shoot.
